A: We can help you get any size equipment. We act as a local broker for all the national equipment companies, such as United and RSC. These companies have large fleets of new equipment at low rental rates and low delivery charges. Call us-we'll search out the lowest rates for you; or, if you prefer to set up the rental yourself, we'll give YOU the phone numbers.

Q: Who is responsible if a tool is damaged?

A: We are responsible for normal wear and tear, breakdowns, etc. The customer is only responsible for abuse and negligence, such as rolling an excavator over and smashing machines through trees and other obstacles.

Q: What about tires?

A: Damage to tire sidewalls is always the responsibility of the customer. We may charge to repair other flat tires, depending on the age and condition of the tire. We will help any way we can to fix tires so that you can get the machine back to work.

Q: Do you charge for a damage waiver?

A: No. Damage waivers are a gimmick many companies use so that they can quote you one price on the phone and then add to it once they get you in their store. They cover absolutely NOTHING!! At our store, you are only responsible for abuse and negligence. At their store, after paying 10% extra, you are STILL responsible for abuse and negligence. What's the benefit of a damage waiver?
